Wall thickness has also been increased for added rigidity. Type iii hardcoat anodized finish for added surface strength, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance. Upper is compatible with mil-spec parts and also with most aftermarket handguards and rail systems. Features m4-type feed ramps and a flattop 1913 picatinny rail with alphanumeric t-markings stamped into the slots. Both dust cover port and forward assist are machined into the receiver.
